Biography

German graduated with his Master of Social work from the Catholic University of America National School of Social Services in Washington D.C. German has experience working in inpatient hospital setting providing case management services. As well as intensive Outpatient Programs in substance abuse and community clinics providing therapeutic services to individuals of all ages and couples, families, and groups.

German uses strength base and person-centered approach to meet his client’s needs. German understands that when life becomes stressful or overwhelming it can be easy to lose sight of the qualities that make us unique and extraordinary. German focuses on building a trusting and a solid therapeutic relationship that allows the client to feel at ease and ready to gain a better understanding of themselves. Through the use of CBT, Solution Focus, Psychodynamic and Drama Therapy; German works to help clients to see their strengths even in moments of weakness and help them identify areas of growth to find the best version of themselves.

Program Director for Youth Overcoming Drug Abuse. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee. He also works as a clinical consultant to Metropolitan Nashville Davidson County Family Treatment Court.
